Michigan State has built it solid foundation on playing killer defense and not screwing things up on offense. At least that’s the narrative for many looking in from the outside. Those in know already know what I’m about to say.
The real secret is the offense has always been just as vital to Michigan State’s success, in fact it wouldn’t be on the national stage without an offense that has been as equally killer as the defense over the past few years.
